Hannah's Ballet Details
Classes - Hannah's Ballet classes welcome dancers of all levels, whether this is their first ballet class or they have done ballet before. There are no competitions, inside of the classroom or out, and the main goals are to practice proper stretching, learn basic ballet combinations, have fun, and enjoy the beauty of movement through dance!
Location – Hannah’s Ballet is located at 120 W Main St Manhattan, MT 59741. If you are facing the building, please walk via the alleyway and enter through the left-side door. There will be a sign to show the way! Please do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to class time!
Attire for girls - Ballet tights, leotard, and ballet shoes are strongly encouraged, but not mandatory! I want to keep this ballet class low-stress and low-cost for all. Athletic clothes and socks will work if necessary. Hair will be pulled back into a ballet bun.
Attire for boys – The classical male ballet attire consists of black tights, black ballet shoes, and a white t-shirt. This is preferred, but not necessary! Boys may wear athletic clothes and socks to class if necessary.
What to bring - Please bring to class: a water bottle, your ballet clothes, any medications needed, and a warm layer.
No Class Dates :
There will be no ballet classes on the following dates due to school vacations and personal days.
Pick up policy - Please have a plan each week for picking up your dancer. Please be on time to pick up your dancer, as another class will begin shortly after yours ends! This is very important, as we share our dance studio space with other community classes.
Parents - Because our space is small, I will ask that you do not come inside to watch when classes are in progress. There will be an end of session open house where your dancers will show you what they've learned!
Missed classes - I am not able to refund individual classes that are missed. However, if your dancer is contagious with illness, I ask that they please not come to class to lessen the chance of spreading illness.
Cancellation Policy – 75% of your tuition will be refunded if you cancel more than 7 days prior to the class start date. There are no refunds for cancellations received within 7 days of class start date. There are no reimbursements for missed classes or early withdrawal.
Behavior - Dancers are expected to be on time and ready to dance at the time of their class. Tardiness cuts into the entire group's dancing time! Dancers are also expected to participate and be attentive during class. Repeated disruptions by any dancer may result in a call to the parent/guardian and the dancer's dismissal from the studio.
